The Scholarship

Seascape Capital offers loans and mortgages to qualified borrowers. Our goal is to provide the best loan options for those who qualify. To do that, we offer scholarships to deserving students. In 2019, we’ll open up our third annual scholarship award. Every little helps, so if you know someone who deserves a helping hand, please share!

Eligibility

Scholarships for students who attend an accredited college or university within the U.S. must include a short essay on the topic of “How to Better Understand Mortgage Notes.”

Selection Process & Notification

Applicant applications will be initially screened by an internal review panel before a final selection process conducted by the founder Alan Nobilitt. Notification will be sent via email or telephone within 3 weeks of application submission.

How to Apply Write an essay of at least 500+ word on the subject of “Understanding Mortgages.”Share the article on your own social media accounts, your company’s social media accounts, and your school’s social media account.You need to include at least two citations and link to them within your post. One of these links needs to go back to our website (Seascape Capital).Complete the following field to submit an application for this job.

Application Deadline

The application period ends on June 15th, 2020. Announcement will be made on July 20th, 2020. This scholarship is open to students who are enrolled full-time during the 2019-2020 academic year. Applications must be submitted online through our website www.dacademyofart.com/scholarships. Application materials can be found under the “Scholarship” tab. Scholarship winners will be notified via email by October 10th, 2020.
